BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Restoration Media is an interactive performance-based marketing and web development firm specializing in email advertising and consumer facing web properties with broad appeal. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team to manage and grow strategic relationships with current and new partners. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality and great business instinct.

Empathic communicator. Well-presented and businesslike. Able to travel up to a few days each month within the US. Eager for new experience, responsibility and accountability. About the Job: Requires excellent face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of affiliate and email marketing is desired.
Responsibilities
- Build new relationships with companies and networks
- Manage and grow relationships with advertisers, publishers, and data owners
- Source new campaigns for distribution via our email marketing channels
- Build custom campaigns to meet clients’ lead generation goals
- Analyze campaign performance and provide suggestions for increased conversions
- Identify new channels and campaigns for continued growth
